When a company chooses to utilize SubItUp, we do not just hand over the keys, say "thanks for the check" and wish them good luck. We do the exact opposite. We cherish each one of our customers. We are not interested in having customers for one year. We want to work together for a long time. Therefore, we take a much more proactive approach to customer on-boarding.
Most of our customers had previous software implementations that took months to get off the ground. They were incredibly surprised to see how easy and quick it was to get up and running with SubItUp. Our Product Specialists provide voluntary training sessions to all customers at no additional cost. We work with the customer in their account to make sure they have a successful launch and that they configure the software to be as efficient as possible for their organization's specifc needs.
