Todays Tip: Manager Notifications
SubItUp has the ability to automatically communicate with managers via email when certain events occur. This can be customized for each manager per position / department that you give access.
Managers may or may not need the ability to know when an employee has either:
- Requested to add a shift
- Requested to drop a shift / offered a shift
- Requested to swap a shift
These notifications can be set up per position or department and can be individualized by each manager. Access to these preferences can be found by clicking on the "Staff" toll on the SubItUp Online Staff Scheduling dashboard. The manager should select the magnifying glass next to their name and the notifications can be selected from this interface. Check out the staff tool and more by clicking here.
