Unfortunately, there are times when employees need to be removed. 
The reasons for the removal can be varied and the situations surrounding the removal, as they relate to scheduling, can vary, as well. SubItUp has taken these nuances into account. Our online employee scheduling software takes the removal of employees one step farther than just wiping them out of existence.
SubItUp gives you 3 options:
1) Remove the employee and all future shifts
2) Remove the employee and make all future shifts available for others to pick up through our Social Scheduling tool.
3) Remove the employee and reassign future shifts to employees of your choice.
As you can see from the screenshot below, it is easy to make these selections.
