Access to data has never been more powerful before than in todays information age. There are millions of pieces of informations transmitted through SubItUp every day and we have created the means for managers to capture and analyze it. A little known tool within SubItUp is the Statistic tool, which is found at the very top of the manager's screen.
This tool allows managers to see their employee's schedule activity. There are able to determine who has been adding, dropping or swapping shifts. As well as, seeing often these exchanges are occurring.
It, also, allows managers to project availability for future schedules. Before a manager creates a schedule, they are able to determine if their employees have enough availability to fullfill all of the shift requirements.
In addition, supervisors can see the clock in and clock out behaviors of their employees.
