Todays Tip:  Employee Timeclocks - Threshold Management

One of the most common inquiries that we receive is that concerning our time clock. How does it work? What does it look like? What are the configuration options? Just like the rest of our software, we do not believe our customers should try to put a square peg into a round hole. The SubItUp Employee Time Clock Portal is extremely flexible and allows managers to set it up in the manner that makes sense for their department.

In a previous blog post, we discussed the availability of manager override pins during clockin and clock out. This post will demonstrate some of the configuration settings that are available to managers that allow / prohibit employees to clockin or out during with certain time restriction.

Too_Early

The picture above demostrates what an employee will see if they arrived too early for their shift.  The manager can customize the time thresholds and the messaging for these notification.  As you can see below, these customizations are available for early checkin, early checkout, late checkin and late check out.
